Instructor Rating

A maximum of 4 students will be on each course.
Course hours breakdown
- 30 hours dual with a senior grade 1 instructor
- 20 hours mutual
30 hours of dual is broken down into various aircraft. You will conduct the majority of the hours in the Cessna 150 and 152, with some training being conducted in the Warrior and the Arrow. During these hours you will also conduct a night component.
As a grade 3 instructor, you will be qualified to teach not only the basic sequences, but also navigation, night flying and training in CSU/Retractable undercarriage equipped aircraft.
Total cost: $16,000*
*Not including test. Cost if 2 or more students commence the course. Individual courses are an additional $3,000.
