Instrument Rating Theory (IREX)

The TVSA IREX theory course is 5 days full time which covers all course content and is inclusive of all materials, practice exams (including cyber exams).

Course content:

IREX syllabus as per CAO 40.2.1 Appendix 3

GNSS ground course

Practical application of theory in preparation for instrument rating training

 

Course cost is $500

Cost includes course material but does NOT include Departure and Approach Procedure (DAP) manuals, navigation equipment, charts or exam fee.

The CASA examination is external and can be sat at either the Werribee or Highett exam centres and is an additional cost.
